The Civik Spiral Staircase is an easy and affordable kit staircase ready to build straight from the box! This spiral staircase comprises of metal treads and balusters all galvanised coated for exterior use. This staircase is Manufactured by Arke in Italy who have been manufacturing stairs for many years and have established themselves as leaders in the market. All stairs come complete with a instructional DVD enabling you to see how to assemble the product easily without the need of skilled tradesman, if you do feel that installing this stair is beyond your capability we can provide you with a list of approved fitters.  The Civik is a classic, yet contemporary stair design with an impressive galvanised finish. The Civik Staircase may require a a riser bar kit to comply with the 100mm sphere rule under the UK Building regulations.

Features & Information
  • Staircase is adjustable in height  between 2520mm and 3050mm.
  • Extra treads available to increase floor height up to 3760mm.
  • Diameters Available 1200, 1400 ,1600mm
  • Includes Universal Landing to fit a circular or square opening. (Opening dimensions should be 50mm bigger than the staircase diameter, i.e. for a 1400mm staircase a square opening should be 1450 x 1450mm, a circular opening should be 1450mm diameter)
  • Comes with a black PVC handrail.
  • A Riser Bar Kit should be fitted when the stairs are to be used by small children under the age of 5 years old.
    In addition, the 1200mm staircase requires a spindle infill kit to comply with the 100mm sphere rule.
